Cualquier dudasobre el repertorio que Chris Cornell presentara esta noche en Espacio Riesco se pulverizo el sabado en Buenos Aires, donde el ex vocalista de Soundgarden cerro la segundo jornada del personal fest con un Show potente y fiel al sonido de sus ex bandas.
En una hora y media exacata (Acompañadp por cuatro musicos), el de Seattle mostro lo que el publico queria escuchar y en versiones calcadisimas a las originales: lo mejor de Soundgarden ("Let me drown", "Outshined", "Spoonman", "Black hole sun", "Rusty cage"), Audioslave ("Show me how to live", "Be yourself", "Cochise") y su correra solista ("Arms around me", "Can't change me"). Imcluso regalo la perla "Hunger Strike", de Temple of the dog (que canta con el exelente y profesional interprete Eddie Vedder) y pidio al publico que lo acompañara "ya que mi amigo no esta aqui".
Para el bis, se lanzo con "Flower" (primer single de Soundgarden) y lo fusiono con "4th of july" y Whole lotta love de Led Zeppelin.
En todo momento Cornell se mostro en plena forma vocal y evidentemente euforico. tanto, que disparo contra sus ex grupos en medio del show. "Me tomo 20 años venir, porque en las dos bandas en las que he estado no querian tomarse la molestia de viajar. Y ahora que estoy solo vengo aca a tocar con mis amigos", dijo el vocalista, que fue aplaudido por unas trece mil personas en el club de Buenos Aires. Ahora le toca a Chile.
